About
Data centers need skilled hands.
The AI buildout is usually told as a story about chips and power. But every rack that comes online turns electricity into heat, and someone has to move that heat out, all day and all night.
That someone is a technician. The people who keep chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers running are hard to find, and the gap is growing as experienced people retire.
Gridhands is a new company. We're starting with cooling because it's where commercial HVAC skills transfer most directly, and where an open role costs a site the most.

What we're building toward
A workforce for the AI buildout.
Cooling is the start. Over time we want to help operations technicians, controls specialists, and commissioning agents find their way into this work too.
We'll get there one good placement at a time.
